Abstract

     This study aimed to identify job satisfaction and its impact on the quality of health services at al-jumhouri general teaching Hospital in Taiz Governorate. By applying a sample of employees and doctors in the hospital, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher provided a theoretical basis on job satisfaction and the quality of health services. On the practical level, the researcher Prepared  the research tool from a research questionnaire consisting of three parts, through which the personal data of the respondents were known and their answers to the questions through which they were reached to find out the amount of job satisfaction and its impact in the hospital., the study concluded that the level of job satisfaction and the quality of health services at Al-Jumhouri General Teaching Hospital was moderate; The study concluded that there is a statistically significant effect at the level (0.01) of job satisfaction on the quality of health services among hospital workers, and that the level of job satisfaction as a whole, as well as in its fields of: the field of financial return from the job, the field of relations with superiors and subordinates, the field of work policies and procedures, the field of benefits, services and benefits, and the field of working conditions for workers in Al-Jumhouri General Hospital in Taiz Governorate, they were all at an average rating level, with the exception of the field of relations with Superiors and subordinates have been highly appreciated. The study found that the level of quality of health services as a whole, as well as their domains of: (tangible, dependability, response, assurance, and empathy) among workers in Al-Jumhouri General Hospital in Taiz governorate was a medium estimate level.
