The Reality of School Health in Primary Schools in Taiz A Comparative Study between Public and Private Schools

The aim of this study is to explore the reality of school health in primary schools in Taiz city, and compare between school health in public and private primary schools. The study population consisted of all headmasters, teachers and technicians working in the primary schools of Al-Qahera District in Taiz City. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive method for collecting data, using a questionnaire. The sample was random, and it consisted of (343) members. The questions of this study were answered and tested by using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study results revealed that the sample members' degree of estimation for the reality of school health in the primary schools in Taiz City was medium. There were statistically significant differences between the estimation of the sample members for the reality of school health in the primary schools in Taiz City attributed to the variable school in favour of private schools.
