Unanimity is a source of Islamic legislation. It is of great importance in adjusting the understanding of the legal texts from the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. It is an Islamic approach which is based on scientific knowledge. It is an inductive process which helps come up with a holistic approach. Therefore, I have decided to carry out this research in this context of knowledge. I collected the jurisprudential issues which Imam Al-Muzani recounted in his summary. I mentioned the text of Al-Muzni, analysed its text and interpretation, agreed with Al-Muzni in unanimity, and then the conclusion that I reached with the proof of the validity or invalidity of the told unanimity.
The importance of Al-Muzni's unanimity lies in its association with Shafi’i. Al-Muzni said the two types. This research tries to collect, differentiate, and study them jurisprudentially. In this research, I followed the inductive analytical method.
The jurisprudential unanimity was also extracted from Al-Muzni’s summary, confining it to the unanimity and its verbal derivatives on jurisprudential issues. The research included an introduction and a preface in which I showed a brief autobiography of Al-Muzni. I then explained the meaning of unanimity. The research consisted of two topics. The first topic was unanimity in worship, which included seven demands. The second topic, unanimity in non-worship, also included seven demands.
It was found out that all the told unanimity is correct and fixed. It constitutes total jurisprudential rules and regulations. Al-Muzni included it in his summary to demonstrate the choice of his saying and jurisprudence and to respond to the violators. It is necessary to conduct complete research that differentiates between his unanimity and the unanimity of Imam Shafi'i.
